If you’re having a bad day, try this small reframe.
Choose one thing that makes you genuinely happy. Focus on it. Stay there for a moment.
For me, today—when stress is at an all-time high—that was having an hour to run to yoga followed by 30 minutes of stitching. We’re getting to the finish line here.
Most of the time, that’s enough to shift your energy.
And if you’re out today, don’t forget to smile at someone on the street. Pass it on.
